VRIN -> we need to try to dominate in all in our buss
Valuable = 1-10 10 your service (what your (clients, non clients think)) - people really need to considered hight, focus o an nich
Rare = 1-10 10 (the way you are presenting it)
Inimitable = 1-10 9  (how easy can you be copy)
NonSubtuable = 1-10 5 (we have to increase this number so they look at the other alternatives as poor)
What do yoyu know? who do you know? who knows you?
Ex: the tshirt company (make you VRIN, put it in the price of avarage price, if your VRIN scale, scale your price)

Pricing is the most importnat to take of the bussiness (even a change of 10-20% can change all your bussiness)
 You can change the product just a bit
 Normal price - the price w eneed - something high
Awarness preceed Trial -> (they have to know about the product b4 using/trying it)
 use    -> sm marketing + video
 repetition -> seen your product 7-25x times b4 buying the product
   -> repetition is the key!
